Police
The entire FWDCA area is served by the Northwest police precinct. You should call the precinct about abandoned vehicles and other non-emergency situations.
Trash Pickup
Regular trash pickup and yard waste pickup is on Tuesday.
For 2009 bulk collection will occur on the following schedule:

If any of the following holidays is on or before your collection day, your service will be one day later:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King’s Birthday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Snow Plowing
The city does NOT plow residential streets. The FWDCA uses membership dues to pay a private contractor to plow the streets in our neighborhood. Please ensure that you move your vehicles off the street after major snowfalls so the contractor can do a better job. Please do not clear snow from your driveway into the street.
